New Vision Badminton Sport (NVBS) was founded in Doha—Qatar, in July 2016. Our journey was very challenging initially and has been through serves, clears, smashes, drives, drops, and more. It is because of our vision, mission, and passion for badminton, we have sustained combined with hard work, confidence, honesty, dedication, and people.

We firmly continue to promote badminton and provide a platform for students/players to champion the sport in Qatar and beyond.

NVBS is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company for Excelling in the Field of Quality Management.

NVBS is associated with the Indian Sport Center under the aegis of the Embassy of India, based in Doha—Qatar.

Our vision is to promote sport and a healthy lifestyle to young children and provide them the platform for participation in big tournaments through rigorous training in Badminton. Inspiring the society to encourage more in physical activities which help people to stay fit & healthy.

Banazir Manoj

Founder & CEO

NVBS is Co-founded by Banazir Manoj who strongly believes in "LOVE ALL" which transformed as the tagline for NVBS and coincidentally is the call to action prior to starting a badminton game meaning 0-0. Inspired by what Banazir believes, Manoj Sahibjan decided to include Banazir's face outline supplely in the NVBS logo.

Together, they continue to manage NVBS to promote badminton providing a platform for students/players to champion the sport in Qatar and beyond.

Manoj Sahibjan

Founder & Chief Coach

25+ years of experience in badminton coaching, being a national and international player, and a Badminton World Federation (BWF)—certified coach with many achievements—He is the Founder and Chief Coach at NVBS. Embarking on the journey of making NVBS second to none, Manoj's start of the journey was very challenging navigating the serves, clears, smashes, drives, drops, and more. And because of his passion for badminton, he continues to sustain NVBS combined with hard work, confidence, honesty, dedication, and his people.

He firmly continues to promote badminton and provide a platform for students/players to champion the sport in Qatar and beyond.

NVBS is a badminton training academy for kids and adults located in Doha, Qatar with multiple training locations. It was founded in 2016 by Manoj Sahibjan, a national and international, and BWF-certified coach with many achievements, and Banazir Manoj who strongly believes in “LOVE ALL” which transformed as the tagline for NVBS and coincidentally is the call to action prior to starting a badminton game meaning 0-0.
