Beginner

L01

The NVBS beginners program is the first [L01] of the four levels in the badminton program framework. It is the most fundamental course for badminton learners, both kids, and adults designed using the guidelines of the Badminton World Federation (BWF).

Intermediate

L02

The NVBS intermediate program is the second [L02] of the four levels in the badminton program framework. After successful completion of the beginner’s program, a trainee will be promoted to the intermediate program.

L03

The NVBS advanced program is the third [L03] of the four levels in the badminton program framework. After successful completion of the intermediate program, a trainee will be promoted to the advanced program.

Elite

L04

The NVBS elite program is the fourth [L04] of the four levels in the badminton program framework. After successful completion of the advanced program, a trainee will be promoted to the elite program.

Program Highlights

  • From 2 to 7 sessions per week
  • Up to 3h per session
  • Badminton is HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).
  • It is a highly dynamic sport, with shuttle being struck at 300km/h and players displaying the highest levels of athleticism
  • Top levels, required high levels of motor coordination, sophisticated racquet movement, and precision when under pressure.
  • International level participation
  • Media exposure, and more.
